Mr. Schneiderwind is the Project Executive with Aldgate Construction, responsible for delivering projects to all of our clients. His specialties include historical renovations and adaptive re-use, religious buildings and museums. Working on projects from residential remodeling to multi-million dollar hotels and office buildings, Mr. Schneiderwind brings a progressive and creative perspective to his clients and personally oversees each project.
With nearly two decades of construction industry experience, Mr. Schneiderwind has worked with national construction firms on projects across the country. He has worked as a project coordinator, senior project manager and small business owner. As a consultant, he has participated in studies, planning and construction on historical sites in the UK, France, Russia and in the Chesapeake, Western and Midwest regions of the United States. In addition, Mr. Schneiderwind is a published author and instructor.

Tom Schneiderwind
General Superintendent
Tom is Aldgate's primary presence in the field. As General Superintendent, he is responsible for execution of construction projects primarily in the non-profit, commercial and residential sectors. His specialties include renovation of exclusive residences, office buildouts and federal construction. Tom has worked across the United States, most recently in California, where he completed several luxury residences, facilities for the US Navy and Marine Corps, churches, and numerous corporate and private buildings.
